My Journey to Coaching
Driven by a passion for leadership development, I pursued a Master of Education in Human and Organizational Development from Vanderbilt University's Peabody College. My experience as a team facilitator and leadership coach in Nashville solidified the importance of a collaborative mindset. To further refine my skills, I trained in graphic facilitation with The Grove International. My pursuit of excellence continued with Georgetown University's ICF-accredited coaching program in Washington, DC.
Prior to coaching, my diverse background includes special education, where I instilled a love for learning and the power of exceeding limitations. Additionally, I led a commercial brokerage, honing my ability to guide leaders in high-stakes decisions and build trust-based relationships.
What people are saying
Client Testimonials
Taylor asked very good open ended questions that forced me to distill professional issues and take a fresh look at some of my assumptions and self-narrative. She did a good job of coaching towards exploring a solution, rather than being proscriptive or consultative; I think this was particularly helpful because I was concerned coaching would be more like taking specific advice from a coach with a different professional background that might be off base. Turned out to be extremely helpful because it forced me to really distill what was on my mind in order to have an effective conversation.
Michael - Private Equity Investor
Taylor was incredibly patient and posed deep questions that pushed me to introspect on a deeper level. She helped keep my ramblings organized and structured so that each conversation was valuable and eye-opening. We covered a wide range of topics: from failure, to family, to aspirations. Taylor was able to connect on many topics that are unique to my own life - from venture capital investing to cultural nuances of an Indian American.

Erin - VP of Business Development
Truthfully, I was initially skeptical of leadership coaching, however, once I started talking and more importantly listening to Taylor my skepticism vanished entirely. Her insights, questions, and gentle but firm prodding helped me assess and thrive in difficult work situations. She quickly pinpoints the crux of a situation and routinely leaves me with helpful insights, ideas or questions to ponder for our next session. I cannot recommend her enough and I think she is a wonderful leadership coach.
Rich - Manager, Consulting
I've been working with Taylor for about a year now and would highly recommend her services as a professional coach. She's very thoughtful, and has an honest and transparent style. Because of her guidance I've had multiple "ah hah" moments related to my career and working style. She also goes above and beyond to work within my chaotic schedule which I really appreciate. It's also very clear that she genuinely cares about my development.
Sara - Senior Manager, Healthcare
Taylor's coaching was a game-changer for my professional growth. She guided me through several major transitions as a leader: expanding my team, having hard conversations with my manager and direct reports, and sorting out my next career step. I always walk away from a session with Taylor with clear, actionable to-dos that make a genuine difference in my leadership ability. I can't recommend her coaching enough!
Faith - Head of Marketing, Tech
Well, I got a promotion! This was something that was discussed, but also something I had come to accept was not in the cards. We often talked about “what does self-advocacy” look like? ...I honestly believe that through the coaching sessions, I was able to identify opportunities where I could play in the middle, or at least be more aware of the spectrum and play where I was most comfortable at the moment. Instead of pushing for a promotion, I pushed to make my work more visible to other leaders. I took more of an active and vocal role, rather than a passive one. And I think that led to the right people believing I was deserving of advancement.
