Executive Coaching
TRS coaching specializes in vertical development leadership coaching. While I'm happy to support leaders across various needs, I'm particularly passionate about helping them cultivate the mindset and capabilities necessary to navigate complexity, lead through change, and create collaborative environments. I help teams explore new ways of strategizing and thinking outside the box. My facilitation style integrates deep listening, reflection, thoughtful questioning, and a sense of play and joy. When team members feel seen and trusted, they can unlock their creative problem-solving potential and collaborate with renewed excitement and energy.
Consulting
I partner with organizations to reimagine their organizational design and culture. Combining my Organizational Development expertise with coaching skills, I create a safe space for employees to candidly explore challenges and collaboratively develop solutions. This fosters a culture of trust and empowers organizations to achieve greater engagement, productivity, and success.
